Good news in Iowa - Still a sad situation in New Mexico

Thousands of unborn babies will likely be saved in Iowa now that the state’s heartbeat law has finally taken effect today after years of legal battles.

The law, which Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds signed in July 2023, bans abortion once a baby’s heartbeat can be detected, which is as early as five weeks of pregnancy.

The governor had signed a similar heartbeat ban in 2018, but the Iowa Supreme Court failed to uphold it in a deadlocked 3-3 ruling on procedural grounds last year, and it never took effect.

However, the court ruled in favor of the new heartbeat law in a 4-3 decision this month in a victory for pro-lifers.

Meanwhile, in New Mexico we allow abortion up to and beyond the point of birth.

Our radical anti-life Governor invited the Satanic temple into our community to perform abortions. (Seriously, this is not satire.  The satanic temple is one of the leading abortion providers in the state.)

In New Mexico our anti-life legislature passed a law that effectively decriminalizes post birth abortion.

New Mexico is truly the wild west when it comes to abortion.

Did you know… its harder to get licensed as barber in the State of New Mexico then it is to become abortionist (which there are zero requirements)?

Public policy alone is not enough to change our culture. That’s why right now is a critical time to urgently spread the truth that saves lives. Our nation’s leaders and our local leaders are not doing their jobs to protect all lives under their care.

Please help us stand against the Anti-Life agenda.
